Let's meet for breakfast to discuss apartment investing in Albuquerque/Santa Fe!

We've had to change the location for the October 14 meeting to another Weck's restaurant, this one at Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, NM. 6621 4th St NW, Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, NM 87107. Google Map: https://goo.gl/maps/7cEy6nuH3xG2 . That's about 3 mi. west of I-25 near the intersection of Osuna and 4th St. NW.

For October, our very special guest is Chuck Sheldon, PhD, principal in T&C Management, the largest apartment property management company in Albuquerque. Chuck is also this year's president of the Apartment Association of New Mexico. Most importantly, Chuck is a long-time apartment investor, and his companies are currently rehabbing some large projects.

We will start with placing our orders and introductions and networking for about 30 min., followed breakfast and Chuck's presentation, then another 30 min. or so to discuss our "Haves and Wants" or do more networking.
