THE AGENDA: Hear from one of the Albuquerque's best attorney's - Jared Armijo! When it comes landlord-tenant legal matters he knows this process super well. His focus pertains to making sure small property owners like us are represented and that any disputes in the area of evictions and other property/resident related matters get taken care of. This should be a great time of education for all of us.
OBJECTIVE: This monthly Apartment Investor Breakfast meetup will either have a special guest speaker, state or local reports about current laws, trends or new procedures. Of course we'll have open discussion to share ideas and experiences so we'll learn how to navigate in this interesting world of real estate investing!
