In his spare time, Steven enjoys the “need for speed” as he shifts gears around a race track. Steven also enjoys vacationing with his wife, Rebecca, and two daughters.

Kyle Mitchell manages the underwriting and facilitates the acquisitions process for Vertical Street Ventures. He was previously a Regional Manager for a golf management company and has been investing in income-producing real estate since 2010. His overall experience in management, operations and real estate help position VSV as an industry leader in multifamily operations and acquisitions. Kyle lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife, Lalita.
