What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in healthy living and ways to better their state of well being as well as raising healthy families. Topics covered are healthy pregnancies, spinal hygiene as well as overall wellness topics. Entry classes are held every Tuesday at 6-6:30pm and Thursday at 1pm in Louisville at APEX Chiropractic. After an entry level call is completed you qualify to come to the advanced workshops which will cover the topics listed above in detail. Reservations are required. This will give you a great chance to meet like minded people that can help support your healthy habits as well as educate yourself to lead a healthier life. All classes are FREE for now but once the group grows that may change.
