Josh Falter
Josh Falter is the Director of Cloud AI Services at GE Aerospace. His team is responsible for partnering with teams across GE Aerospace to implement the latest AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, OCR, Embeddings, Vector DBs, Serverless compute) at speed and scale. Outside of work, Josh is known for coaching his 3 children and their teams to regionally celebrated mediocrity in basketball and soccer. Josh is a huge fan of smoked meats, rare bourbons, fine cigars, and any opportunity to combine those three passions.

David Broscious
David Broscious is a Senior Application Architect in the Great American Insurance Software Lab. The Lab's mission is to empower highly collaborative teams to deliver quality products that provide clear business value quickly. We currently achieve this through the advocacy and practice of a Product Mindset, User-Centered Design, Extreme Programming, and Cloud Native Development. Recently, David has focused on AI coding assistants and their impact on developer workflows going forward. For fun, David enjoys being walked by his son's 60-pound pit bull at Amberley Green every Saturday morning.

Scott Smith
Scott is the President of Integral Analytics, but his journey started deep in the data trenches as a research analyst and lead developer behind LoadSEER, the company’s spatial electric load forecasting and power systems analysis software. A lifelong technologist, Scott now leads cutting-edge AI initiatives with the same curiosity and drive that launched his career. And just to prove he’s not afraid of extreme conditions, Scott once crossed the Alaskan Arctic tundra to help design and install remote weather stations powered by solar, wind, and a heroic number of batteries.

John Heckler, Moderator
John is a Sr Engineering Manager at Kroger who has been instrumental in scaling their API Platform Services across the entire organization. Kroger is one of the top 10 e-commerce companies in the U.S. and has experienced massive growth over the past decade. John is passionate about API security, AI, and how we can learn from others. And when he’s not chasing the perfect shot with his camera, he’s locked in a fierce battle with the dartboard.
