This is a support group for neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, etc) people who want to meet with one another, talk about our lives, share information, all while doing some crafting!

Discussions are lead by Emily (she/her), who is a neurodivergent and Expressive Arts coach. She will support the group with insights and guidance on challenges that arise, while also ensuring an inclusive and caring environment.

Participants are encouraged to bring crafts projects they are working on, and Emily will also provide supplies for a different crafting project each month (i.e. clay modelling , collaging, watercolours, paper craft) if you want to try something new!

We meet once a month and fee is donation based/pay what you can to help us keep the lights on.

All are welcome! We commit to ensuring a safe space for all people. We believe in self diagnosis and invite those that are wondering if they are neurodivergent and want to know more.
