ASCM is the premier professional association for supply chain and operations management and the leading provider of research, education and certification programs that elevate supply chain excellence, innovation and resilience.
The ASCM San Diego Chapter is a Premier Elite chapter, one of the largest and oldest of over 70 chapters located throughout North America and managed by volunteers. We meet every month for Professional Development Meetings. We organize and bring in experienced supply chain leaders to give their insights on a diverse range of industry topics and trending Supply Chain topics.
ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and ASCM Supply Chain Operations Reference Professional (SCOR-P) designations set the industry standard. ASCM offers a comprehensive certification program focusing on logistics, transportation and distribution called the ASCM Logistics, Transportation and Distribution Certification (CLTD). With over 43,000 members and more than 300 international partners, ASCM is transforming the way people do business, drive growth and reach global customers.
The vision of the San Diego Chapter include promoting Operations & Supply Chain Management as a profession, encouraging peer-to-peer networking between our members and collaborating with other organizations committed to improving the competitiveness of San Diego County based manufacturing, distribution and service providers.
