About the Speaker
Erik is a software engineer and passionate technologist. On his 25 year journey through the tech industry Erik encountered an abundance of new technologies, always wanting to understand their potential, while bringing along proven engineering practices. As the CTO Europe at Thoughtworks he helps clients make the most out of modern technologies, platforms, and practices. Erik is a regular speaker, contributed to a few books, and maintains several open source projects. Thoughtworks is a founding member of the Green Software Foundation, and Erik is an active member.
