Virtual Event: Modular Organization

Description:
In a recent post, Joe Justice shared the story of how Elon Musk's organizations function as independent teams, paired with AI to work daily to make micro adjustments to production that save production time by as little as 1 second, reduce the weight of the produced item by as little as 1 gram, reduce energy production (or consumption) by 1 watt. Or reduce cost by as little as 1 cent.

They're using it at Tesla, SpaceX, X, etc... all across the board, dozens of teams work in parallel production workflows, all trying to innovate the next micro-adjustment in production.

Controversial? Sure. But let's dig a little bit more into the philosophy behind this phenomenon? What lessons can we bring to our own organizations?
