Sacred Sounds: Public Sound Bath

In this immersive 90 minute session, you will:

***What to Bring:**Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything that will make you feel cozy and comfortable. Fold-out chairs are available if sitting on the floor isn’t ideal for you.
