Take time for yourself in the middle of the week with this 90-minute, small-group experience combining gentle Reiki energy healing, guided relaxation, and peaceful personal time in a nurturing space. Each week features a unique theme to inspire your reset and help you carry calm into the rest of your week.

### What you’ll experience:

• A welcoming environment with soft lighting, calming music, and aromatherapy
• A short group meditation to set the tone
• Mini Reiki sessions (15–20 minutes) available depending on group size
• Quiet time for journaling, reflection, or reading
• A supportive atmosphere for stress release and renewal
