Join me and Co-Leader Lisa Kleiman as we explore the historical past of the LGBQT change movement in Philadelphia. Included are historical markers, memorable change agents, rainbow street signs, murals, important buildings and a flat city walk of 7-9 miles. Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, bring plenty of water and a snack. All are welcome! There is free parking on Sedgley Drive which intersects Kelly Drive at Lloyd Hall. There are restrooms available at the start of the hike and at several locations along the route. "Please note: In order to comply with Pennsylvania Youth Protection Laws, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. This policy applies for all events offered by the Delaware Valley Chapter as well as any other Chapter events within the state of Pennsylvania."
