Pennypack Ecological Trust - 7- 9 miles

Join us for a morning walk along Pennypack Creek and the surrounding trails of the Pennypack Ecological Trust. We will start our hike at the Byberry Road entrance to the Pennypack Trail - our travels will take us on the dirt trails that parallel the water, up into the hills surrounding the Ecological Trust, and on some paved paths and roads as we take a diversion to Bryn Athyn. Moderate pace, 7 - 9 miles, paved trails, gravel, dirt, rocks and roots. Bring along water and snacks - we will take a short break about mid way through the hike. Steady rain cancels - check status on Meetup the morning of the hike or contact leader.
