Join us for a moderate hike at Tohickon Valley Park and Ralph Stover State Park. The hike will start and end at the Tohickon Valley Park parking lot.

The trail is a scenic ridge-hike along the Tohickon Creek. The trail is approx 6-7 miles long with approx 400-600 feet of elevation gain. There will be a few brief stops to appreciate the views at High Rocks Vista and our turnaround at Ralph Stover State Park.
There are lots of rocks and roots on this trail. We will cross several small streams that may result in wet shoes.
Wear sturdy hiking shoes, hiking poles and micro spikes depending on weather conditions. Bring water and a snack to eat along the trail.

Heavy rains will cancel this hike. Contact the leader Joe Nanfara at 908-392-8787 if you have any questions.
No dogs are permitted on this hike.
Restrooms are located near the trailhead at the start of the hike.

AMC is a non-profit organization and the hike leaders are volunteers. All participants will need to sign the AMC liability release agreement (click here to review it in advance). Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will need to sign the agreement for them. Alternatively, you can register on the AMC website and sign the agreement in advance there. The AMC website also shows many other AMC events that might interest you.
