The start of a new year doesn’t always need resolutions.
Sometimes, it just needs softness. This is an afternoon for South Asian women in Berlin to gently enter the new year with chai, familiar food, and a small circle of women who understand what it means to carry home within you.
We’ll meet in a cozy Berlin apartment for a slow, heart-warming gathering inspired by deshi comfort. No goals to set, no pressure to perform — just space to arrive as you are. You don’t have to be Bengali to join. Curiosity, kindness, and openness are enough.

• Dudh Cha (milk tea), spiced with cardamom
• Jhal Muri, a classic puffed rice street snack
• Peyaju, lentil and onion fritters
• A home-inspired dessert (kept as a surprise) All homemade, inspired by Bangladeshi kitchens.
