What we’re about

Within a safe, cohesive and open forum group environment, we will explore the power of thought and the relation with acknowledged, or unacknowledged belief(s) system. Self-understanding, self-concept and self-worth are concepts that will be discussed and explored supportive in-person group environment. To live life authentically is a natural consequence, when we make ourselves a priority; we are our primary relationship!

In addition, we will also include specific techniques/activities, and self-regulation and self-affirming skills to further ability in managing personal energy and emotions. Attendees will be provided with resources, supportive, material, and tools.
