We are very delighted to have three fantastic speakers who will be sharing the following topics:

Alison Cox, Head of Production Services at Close Brothers (Banking Division)

“Being a female techie in Technology””
Alison will be sharing her career journey and how her experiences have shaped her as a female leader who is passionately motivated to create, support and inspire a diverse workforce and why it’s so important for companies to embrace females from STEM backgrounds.
Tamara Li, Data Science Director at Product Madness
"Succeeding as an Outsider"
From an international relations degree in Russia, to an economist at the Bank of England, to a data scientist at a fast growing tech company.

Tamara will talk about her experiences navigating the professional world as an outsider, and the challenges and opportunities this has created in her career.

"How my career changed after embracing motherhood".
Shagun will be sharing her journey and in particular how her career has been impacted by motherhood:
Being a mother can be extremely rewarding but it definitely has an impact on one’s career. This additional responsibility also brings an opportunity to revisit and rethink our career goals and choices. Motherhood has a big impact on my career. I look forward to share with you all my story.
