Please read the selected paper in advance so that you’re familiar with the main ideas and key concepts. We won’t present the paper in detail — instead, we’ll focus our time on discussing its content, insights, and real-world implications.

The study demonstrates that strategically fine-tuned Small Language Models (SLMs), such as the OPT-350m, can significantly outperform much larger models in specialized tasks while drastically reducing computational costs and infrastructure requirements.

📍 Location & Registration

• We are welcomed at the inpeek AG office (Bogenschützenstrasse 9) in the PostParc building next to the train station.
