Build, break, and fix AI voice agents - live. This isn't a demo walk-through, it's a hands-on working session where you'll put real agents through rigorous evaluations and walk out with a better one.
In this session, you will use open source libraries to:
- Simulate voice agents and observe how they handle real-world scenarios
- Run evaluations across 50+ parameters including hallucinations, coherence, and task completeness
- Use Fix My Agent to receive improvement suggestions and generate optimized prompts
Please bring your laptop to learn and build in real time. Also bring your own agents if you want help in testing, benchmarking and improving them on the spot using open source libraries.
If you're building AI agents for customer support, workflow automation, voice systems, internal copilots, etc, this workshop will help you achieve high production-grade reliability.

Founding AI Engineer, Future AGI
Atharva specialises in evaluation systems for AI products and is the creator of an open-source evaluation library. He has worked with multiple enterprises to design and implement evaluation frameworks that ensure AI solutions meet quality and performance standards.
As a founding team member at Future AGI, Atharva has built the company’s evaluation infrastructure from the ground up, combining deep technical expertise with a commitment to making robust AI evaluation accessible to the broader developer community.
