ApprenticeSIP meetup is moving to the South Bay this month for an in-person networking event designed to introduce Milpitas students, staff, parents, and employers to the power of apprenticeships as vehicles for connecting current and future workers with careers in the regional economy.

The event will be the first of a series of collaborations with the Milpitas Unified School District, an innovative education community dedicated to preparing talent of all ages for life-long career success.
Please plan to join us from 5:15 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Blach Construction, 2244 Blach Place in San Jose (a mile and one-half from the Milpitas BART station)
This “Journey of the Apprentice” event will feature panelists discussing the benefits of a wide range of South Bay apprenticeship programs and will offer meeting participants a chance to hone their networking skills.
Future Milpitas events will include tours of the school district’s innovation campus.
