Join me for a relaxing yet energizing Yoga flow in the park. This class offers a more gentle transition between poses to help ease the body and mind. Though relaxing and therapeutic, this class will still get the body moving and heart beating.
Whether you have done yoga for years, or just always wanted to try it, you are welcome. This 60 minute yoga class will be for all levels and I will offer variations and modifications as needed.
Please arrive 5-10 minutestes earlylt to allow time to set up.
All you need is comfy, weather appropriate clothes (layers) and a mat or beach towel.
Classes are free, but donations are accepted and appreciated.
