Join us for the first gathering in our new series: Apulia’s Sunday Lunch — an experience that brings people together around the table, just like Sundays back home. This is not a restaurant meal. It’s lunch at our house, and you’re our guest.

This month we’re serving up a soulful Puglian menu steeped in comfort and tradition:

Focaccia Barese
A warm, rustic focaccia from Bari topped with cherry tomatoes and olives — the welcome bite that says "you're home."
Ciceri e Tria
One of Puglia’s oldest recipes: handmade pasta with chickpeas, combining both boiled and crispy fried noodles for texture and deep flavour.
Bombette Pugliesi
Pork meat rolls from the Valle d'Itria, stuffed with pancetta, Caciocavallo cheese, and herbs, then grilled until golden. A Sunday staple that brings smoky, melty joy to the table.
Insalata Pugliese con Pane Bruschettato
A vibrant mix of orange, cucumber, fennel, tomato, and red onion dressed with olive oil and aromatic salt, served with warm garlic-oil bruschetta made from rustic Pugliese bread.
Pasticciotto Leccese
The iconic shortcrust pastry from Lecce filled with silky custard cream — simple, elegant, and full of southern soul.
