Welcome to AquaGroove — where fitness meets rhythm!
AquaGroove is a mobile 60-minute aquatic strength and conditioning program that combines the energy of dance with the power of water for a one-of-a-kind full-body workout.
Led by Tiffany Vlard, a certified fitness trainer and Latin dance instructor, each class blends balance, mobility, strength, and core training with the low-impact benefits of the pool. You’ll move, groove, and build confidence — all while enjoying upbeat Latin beats and global rhythms that make every session feel like a dance party in the water!
💧 Class Format (60 minutes):
Warm-up → Strength & Conditioning → Cardio → Core → Cool-down
🧘♀️ What to Expect:
AquaGroove uses fitness equipment such as pool noodles (or floats) and resistance bands to add variety and resistance. Classes are held in shallow water (3½–4½ feet deep) — so no swimming experience is required!
