Elemental Flow invites you to our pool-based fitness classes, led by life long fitness coach & retired firefighter JP, who will guide you through strength building exercises, stretching
These no-impact workouts are designed for all ages and fitness levels, welcoming everyone to join. Our mission is to nurture both body and mind through unique water-based experiences. Sundays 9 am to 10 am.
JP will lead the first half of your class to warm you up, stretch you out and target muscle groups.
Hollie will lead the second half of the class teaching text book boxing punches, defense, footwork and tricks while you demonstrate your form chest high in the pool using the water for resistance training.

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 8:30 am. Classes start 30 minutes after doors open.

What should I bring?
Bring a water, towel, a dry change of clothes and either a swimsuit, wetsuit or comfortable fitted exercise clothing.

What kind of equipment might we use in the pool?
For centain exercises, we may provide you with resistance bands, water weights or pool noodles.

Do I wear boxing gloves for the boxing portion of the class?
No. Your punches will be thrown under the water to add resistance without the impact or equipment.

What are my payment options?
You can also pay at the door using cash. And, we also have QR codes posted so you can pay using zelle, cash app or other online payment options.

Are wetsuits provided?
We do offer loner wetsuits if needed.
