POTENTIAL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION:
• Are we perfectionists? Are we people-pleasers? Or is this just a stereotype?
• If there is pressures to be "perfect" and to please others at work, where does it come from? Is it cultural, familial, personal, or a mix?
• How has this tendency helped our careers? In what ways might it be holding us back from taking risks, setting boundaries, or showing our authentic selves?
• What are the practical strategies we can use to manage perfectionism? How do we say "no" effectively while still maintaining positive professional relationships?

GROUND RULES:
This is a nice gentle, but thought-provoking, discussion.
It's a judgement-free zone where people can air their thoughts on particular issues, and find out about other people's similar and different perspectives.
So bring your best opinions and ideas. Everyone is welcome.
