Group CrossFit Workout by the Han River

Join us for a group work out by the Han River this Saturday! The program will include exercises implemented mostly from CrossFit. It will not be long, about 30 minutes or so, but is very high in intensity and should leave your muscles sore the next day if you haven't tried it before :)
What to bring:
Sneakers, water, and a yoga mat if possible. The mat is not mandatory but would be helpful.
Time: 1 PM
Location: Yeoinaru Station Exit 2. Go straight down along the river until you get to Seogang Bridge. It will be a bit of a walk so make sure you arrive a bit earlier!
OR, National Assembly Station Exit 1 (this is closer)
Workouts will be held in Korean, but they are easy to follow.

-2nd Class Instructor for Participatory Sports
-Level 1 License in CrossFit training
-CPR Certification
-Black belt in Muay Thai, Taekwondo, and Judo
The class will be held in one of the biggest parks in Seoul, in the open so anyone can spontaneously join. There are so many activities you can do afterward - walking/jogging along the river bank, having a picnic, renting a bike, ordering food (yes, they deliver to the park!), or just good ol' socializing! Come to meet new people, get fit, and have a food time :)
