Based in Berthoud, Colorado, we gather regularly for practices that cultivate genuine connection, expanded awareness, and a richer understanding of what it means to be human. Whether you're new to this path or years deep, you'll find a space that takes both you and the work seriously.

How to Prepare: Wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal/pen or pencil, a water bottle, and anything else you would need for your comfort. Be prepared for both sitting and laying down on mats for periods of time.
