Outdoor Movement Workshop

Join us on Sunday, July 12 at 3:00 pm for a special outdoor workshop in the beautiful Arden Shady Grove, right behind the Gild Hall.
This will be an afternoon of Group Motion workshop movement and sound exploration, with live music guiding the experience and weaving through the grove.

Here’s what to expect:
Movement inspired by nature and the outdoors.
Live music to support flow, rhythm, and expression.
A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere under the trees.
Space to explore, connect, and move freely.

Bring comfortable clothes, water, and anything you’d like to sit or lie on.

P.S. If the weather isn't being friendly that day, we will move this workshop inside the Gild Hall.

Workshop fee: $25 adults; $20 students, seniors and Arden Club members. Payable at the door.
