Step out of the ordinary this month and into the cool sun-dappled magic of the Shady Grove. Join us for Arden in Motion — a joyful, embodied dance and movement workshop designed to reconnect you to your wild, authentic self.

Move intuitively. Express freely. Connect deeply.

In this nature-infused gathering, we’ll explore spontaneous movement, guided somatic practices, and playful improvisation — all accompanied by live music.

No prior experience needed — just bring your curiosity, comfy shoes, and your eagerness to move and be moved.
