Outdoor Arden In Motion Workshop

Join us for a special Arden in Motion Workshop on June 29th at 3pm outside in the magical Arden Shady Grove for a collaboration between body, earth, and spirit. We’ll gather beneath the open sky to explore the theme of Dancing with Trees, awakening our senses and deepening our connection to nature through guided mindful meditation, somatic practices, improvisational movement, and intuitive play set to live music.

The Shady Grove is behind the Gild Hall in Arden, Delaware. Lots of space on a grassy area. No experience necessary. Restrooms are available. Although we are in the shade, it is always a good idea to bring water.

Come dance the unseen language of the trees and rediscover your wild, embodied self.

Note: If it rains, we will be in the GIld Hall.

Cost: $20-25 general; $15 student, senior, Arden Club member
