“WARRIORS OF THE ROAD – 35TH ANNIVERSARY WORLD TOUR”

Metal legends Saxon have announced a Dublin date as part of their 35th Anniversary World Tour at The Academy on Friday 5th of December 2014.

Between October and December 2014 the tour will take on 38 shows in 11 countries - from Athens to London.

Just this past March, Saxon released their ‘Hidden Treasure’ "St. George’s Day Sacrifice“ recorded live at The Ritz in Manchester during Saxon’s ‘Sacrifice World Tour‘, which was mixed and mastered by Andy Sneap.

Other special guests will be announced soon, the band will be playing songs from the last 35 years featuring some tracks on what fans call "The Holy Trinity"; Wheels of Steel, Strong Arm of the Law and Denim and Leather.

Over the last 35 years the band have continued to produce a calibre of music that defies logic - 20 albums in and still no sign of slowing down, something every rock fan in the World should witness - the awesome power of Saxonlive.
