ASF ( Conway ) is trying out different days ( 3rd Saturday or 3 rd Sunday) for the first two months to see how it works out for the members.
The plan is that on the alternate months , have a potluck plus games etc. and next month eat at a Conway restaurant .

  1. March 15 ( 3 rd Sunday) :
    Potluck from 12 to 2:30 pm at Conway Trophy Wives*( a multipurpose building owned by our ASF member , Maureen Skinner).
    Address: 1111 Harrison St., Conway, AR

We will let newer members meet everyone , eat lunch, followed by an activity. You may want to bring a game to play, any hobby materials to show or share, discuss any future plans for travel, hiking, or to discuss a book next time.

If you don’t cook or don’t want to , then maybe you could pick up something from a store or a restaurant ( appetizer, a side, a pizza, sub sandwiches, a pie etc. )

We will have a small supply of water bottles and disposables. As we all , most likely, respect the environment, you could bring your own plate , cup, and utensils 🍴etc..

  1. On April 18,2026 ( 3 rd Saturday) , we will have dinner at a Conway restaurant. More details later on.
  • As the potluck facility, courtesy Maureen Skinner, holds free food distribution for less fortunates every Sunday (~ 3:00 pm to 7:15 pm), you may want to donate the leftover dish for them or could bring some canned food for the distribution. Of course, a couple of dollars donation for such folks and/ or for maintenance of the building seems like a good idea to me.
    If possible , please let us know soon if you are coming to the potluck on 3 rd Sunday (March 15 ) PM so that we can make adequate arrangements and for others to plan the amount of food to bring.
