Conway ASF May 17 potluck at Conway Trophy (1111 Harrison St., Conway, AR
Details
Our May potluck is scheduled again at the Conway Trophy on the Harrison Street in downtown Conway.
For a change, this meeting needed to be scheduled again a bit earlier in the day due to some active Conway ASF members attending Greenbrier Graduation that day. Even though I promised it will not clash with ASF Little Rock guest speaker series at the Unitarian Church that Sunday (1:00 PM), we needed to adjust the two members this time. Hopefully it won’t repeat ever or at least during 2026 .
Date: May 17 ( Sunday)
Time: 12:00 PM to about 2:
It will be held at Conway Trophy Wives (1111 Harrison street , Conway , AR )
Menu: The Main dish ,Lasagna, will be prepared by Barb; Garlic Texas toasts and / or sticks by Lisa ; Chocolate chip cookies by Lainy and hubby , and another dessert by Steve ; Mixed salad , 2- liter bottle of soda and/or flavored water, regular filtered water by Nilu;Disposable plates, forks etc. by Connie; Garlic muffins with Sun dried tomatoes by Betty and Aaron. *Please see this is not a routine time of our meeting but due to some important issue that came up this time we are holding it earlier in the day. Also, it will unfortunately clash a bit with ASF LR’s Guest Speaker talk on the
So far we have ~ 8 Freethinkers attending and bringing dishes. Please let us know if you plan to attend this meeting by this Saturday by 12 noon , so, the folks know how much food to prepare. If you could bring a dish , it will be appreciated.
Come and have fun! A small reasonable donation (a couple dollars) and/ or canned or cooked leftover food towards Food Distribution that dear Maureen does at 6:00 PM every Sunday, would also be appreciated by myself and our large hearted and adjusting owner of the building , the One and Only, Maureen Skinner. Thank you!
