Lecture: by Dr. Brad Ericson

Title of the talk: ‘Human Chromosome 2 Precludes Creationism’ .
Summary: In Dr. Ericson’s on words:

“ I will present data that conclusively demonstrates the reason that humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes whereas the rest of the great apes have 24. The conclusions to draw from this data are: (1) that humans and chimps are more closely related to each other than are chimps to the other great apes and (2) that the fusion of two chromosomes from our shared ancestral lineage with chimps occurred in the human lineage, but not the chimp and therefore occurred after our lineages split. This data precludes creationist arguments of separate ancestry for chimps and humans.”

Please RSVP by July 1 in the comments section below. Also specify how many in your party are definitely coming and what you would bring for the potluck.
