Join Jenny for an hour of Stretching and Balance work that is geared to improve flexibility, stretching and balance for dancers of all types.
You'll use stretch bands, foam rollers, ballet barres and more! This class combined ballet, yoga, Pilates, and fitness movements to maximize your experience!
Limited spaces available. Reserve your spot in advance!
Parking: Parking is FREE for the first hour and then $2 per hour after. You need a card of some type, they do not take cash. Or you can find street parking on King St or University Ave. Do not park at Long's, they tow.
Regular $15 in person
Included in Monthly Membership, Group Class Card Packages, and Sunday Multi-Class Special.
