Ever dreamed of gliding across the dance floor with elegance, confidence, and passion — like in a elegant Buenos Aires dance hall? Now’s your chance. Join us for a FREE evening of Argentine Tango that’s playful, social, and just the right amount of sultry.

No partner? No experience? No problem. Come as you are — or bring friends — and take one, two, or all three classes designed to get you dancing with flair by the end of the night. Plus, enjoy refreshments, social dancing, and a vibrant local community.

Argentine-Inspired Refreshments
Savor the flavors of Buenos Aires with complimentary Malbec, delicious empanadas, and sweet alfajores between classes.

Special Beginner Class Deal – Only at the Event!
Get a monthly pass for Beginning Tango (Sundays 12–1 PM) for just $40 (regularly $60). Available for September, October, or November — buy up to three months at this exclusive rate. Only for event attendees, non-transferable, and no refunds for missed classes.

Class Lineup:
7:00–7:15 PM – Check-in & change shoes7:15–7:45 PM – Tango for Total Beginners - Learn the basic steps and connection that make tango magical — no experience needed!
8:15–8:30 PM – Traveling with Style - Master the art of moving around the dance floor with grace and purpose (a.k.a. the ronda).
8:45–9:15 PM – From Basic to Bold - Add a little flair with a fun and flashy figure that’ll make you feel like a star.

** Between classes, practice, mingle with fellow dancers, enjoy refreshments, and try out your moves on the social floor. **

Where: Paradise Tango, 2600 S. King Street #203 & #204, Honolulu

Parking: Free for the first hour, then $3/hour (+$1 card fee). Street parking on King or University may also be available. Do NOT park at Long’s — they tow.

Dress to Impress: Classic Tango Chic

Think sleek, stylish, and a little dramatic. Men — button-down shirts or vests with nice shoes. Women — dresses or skirts you can move in, or sharp pants with flair. Bonus points for red lips, dark eyes, or a flower in your hair. (Avoid rubber-soled shoes or flip-flops — smooth soles work best!)
