A space where self-exploration meets the exhilaration of dance.

Each week, we'll have an hour and a half ecstatic dance, with a bonus half hour warmup before our wave begins that could include some yoga, movement experimentation, breathwork, hoop class, who knows?

This event is about discovering yourself through self-allowed dance and embracing the unknown in a joyful, thrilling, and experimental environment. Whether you've spent years dancing or are stepping onto the dance floor for the very first time, you are welcome here.

Mark your calendar - Wednesdays at 7:00 PM (MST)

Under the guidance of proficient instructors, the dance will be opened in an intentional way. Most weeks it'll look like this:
30-minute experimental activity (meditation, flow lesson, yoga, hoop class, etc)
90-minute musical wave with sacred silence,
15-minute closing circle
9:15pm departure

Ages 18+

Doors close once the flow begins - be on time to enjoy the full experience.
