Crystal Bowl Meditation--is being rescheduled!

Lori Yamamoto is bringing her crystal bowls to play at our normal Gong Meditation this month! She did it once for us as a demonstration and we all LOVED it. Come check it out! Next Saturday, Oct 18, 6:30 pm

We usually have between 6-8 attendees at these meditation groups, so you can know that it is not overly filled with too many people! Hope you can join us!
