Many are discovering that much of our lives involved pre-programmed behaviors, responses, and actions based on beliefs, teachings, and rules from someone else. As we continue to observe and monitor ourselves, we discover those areas that no longer fit and can get inspired to shake things up. This is how life changes occur. Divorces, moves, job changes, financial losses, are common transition points where something needs to change.

We are not all built the same, however, our needs and new insights are often felt by many. "We are not alone," is not simply a statement; it is a truth. I know this first hand as I have continued writing from the many available to me to receive wisdom, clarity, answers to deeper questions, and even humor.
