Please bring a mat to sit on and wear comfortable clothing. We will be at The Memorial Union west Lawn from 7:50am -10:10am , which is located at west of The MU building, parking in the Apache Blvd structure will be the closest and it’s free.

You can only entering the parking structure from one side, if you come from Apache Blvd from the east, then turn right on to Normal Ave, and you will see the entrance on the left.
Falun Dafa is based on the essential nature of the universe Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance. It is a traditional self cultivation practice to improve flexibility, and increase your energy. The five gentle movements are practiced with music to relieve stress, open the energy channels and purify the body.
