The intentions for this ceremony is to offer the community alternative methods in activating and connecting with the higher self. Breathwork can be a psychedelic experience in itself! By doing this process, you have the ability to prepare for a deeper ceremonial journey, more tools for life's journey, and the ability to integrate your experience in the body. Breathwork and Hapé are powerful medicines that are always available to you!

Shamanic Breathwork is a highly focused and powerful experience that greatly accelerates the user’s personal transformation by bypassing the conscious mind and going directly to the subconscious mind. Many instruments will be used including drums, gongs, shakers, bowls, and more! Along with facilitator guidance and a symphony of emotional music, will take you on a powerful extrasensory and internal journey you’ll want to do again and again. This unique breathing technique is used to engage the Vagus Nerve (Cranial Nerve X) which activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) and potentially naturally made DMT. The PNS is part of the autonomic nervous system that signals the body to slow down, rest, digest, and regenerate.
