Damian will share how he overcame long-standing addictions, lost significant weight, eliminated multiple prescription medications, and transformed his life through the daily use of breathwork, meditation, and natural supplements, particularly functional medicinal mushrooms.

With experience working in Western medicine, Damian witnessed how conventional systems often overlook root causes in favor of symptom management. In contrast, his holistic approach addresses the mind, body, and spirit, offering a path to healing that is tailored to the individual.

Through his travels across five continents and his studies in both science and philosophy, Damian has developed a unique, integrative wellness system that blends spiritual practice with evidence-informed tools. His mission is to empower others with accessible, earth-conscious strategies for lasting transformation.
