Budgeting and controlling interactive development costs
Through my work with hundreds of brands and dozens of agencies, I’ve found that the #1 cause of interactive project failure is an inability to control development costs. In this session I’ll explore the roots of the problem and give you some practical advice for maximizing profit while still delivering results and customer satisfaction.

About Dallin
Dallin has been involved in web design, development and Internet marketing since the late 90s. Over the years, he has had the privilege of doing digital work for a number of national brands including Banner Health, American Express, Subway, the 2015 Super Bowl, Make-A-Wish Foundation, AT&T and The Salvation Army. He is active in the community, serving as the leader of the Arizona Advanced WordPress Developer meetup group and has served in the past as lead organizer of WordCamp Phoenix, Arizona’s annual WordPress conference.

Dallin is a principal at Skyhook Interactive, a up-and-coming high-performance WordPress design & development shop located in Mesa, AZ. His daily responsibilities include high level client strategy, relationship management and new service development. In his spare time, Dallin is a father, a part-time minister and an RC aircraft enthusiast.
