Our Teacher, Kamini Desai, has an app “I am Yoga Nidra” on both the Apple and Google play stores. We highly recommend that you download this and utilize it for a minimum of eight weeks leading up to our retreat. However, we encourage beginning immediately for the amazing results. This practice will help you tremendously with stress, improving sleep, Jetlag, and your well-being both mentally and physically. 😊 Ensure all the many benefits are being received from a regular practice, five times a week, minimally, in the morning upon waking, at night before going to bed, or anytime during the day when you simply feel you need to reset.

Enjoy EIGHT DAYS and SEVEN NIGHTS!! The cost is per person (rooms are double occupancy). You will be placed with a roommate, unless you’re bringing a friend! Retreat dates are May 23, 2026 through May 30, 2026.
Breakfast is included, lunch and dinner excluded – average $22 per meal per day w/two restaurants on site. You’re welcome to eat off site. All retreat guests must reside at Soulshine.

Package includes 4 practitioners leading wellness classes, workshops, ceremonies, three sessions per person at Pyramids of Chi, Waterfall and Temple excursions, one 60 minute massage, special guest, plus one whole FREE DAY to play!! Sessions are highly encouraged, however, not mandatory. Free Wi-Fi, room cleaning, turn down service, and unlimited use of pools and day club.
