Arka Brotherhood Open-house: Intro to Men's Work - Edmonton/Aug 24
We’ll gather outside, to breathe, move, speak truth, and remember what it means to stand with other men in presence and purpose.
This is not a lecture or a self-help workshop. It’s an embodied experience rooted in honesty, structure, and the strength of brotherhood.
We’ll begin with breath work to drop into the moment, move into relational games like our barefoot push circle, and sit together for a powerful dyad — a structured conversation where you’ll be seen and heard.
You’ll learn about the Arka Brotherhood, and how we support men in walking a disciplined, purpose-driven path.
Whether you’re brand new to men’s work or already walking the path; you are welcome here!
