Arka Brotherhood: Men's Work 'Open Circle'

The Arka Brotherhood is a transformative community for growth-oriented men. Our weekly, action-focused circles support men in speaking truth, deepening integrity, and building real accountability with one another.

The Arka Brotherhood: Men's Work OPEN CIRCLE is a unique opportunity for emotionally mature, growth oriented men, who’ve already begun exploring “Men’s Work” - either through our Introduction to Men’s Work Open House or similar experiences - to drop in for an evening of deep, authentic sharing and connection with a group of like-minded men, who are committed to supporting one another in pursuit of greater self-understanding and personal growth.

This is not an intro event. This is a container designed for you to step out of your comfort zone, push your edges and practice our 3 core disciplines:

1. Speaking the Truth
2. Listening for the Truth
3. Holding a Disciplined Container

If you've ever left an Open House or retreat asking "How do I get more of that?", OR if you have experienced the power of Men’s Work elsewhere, but find yourself looking for a community of like-minded, emotionally mature, and growth oriented men to be a part of here in Austin - then this event is for you.

What to Expect:
You’ll be stepping into a live Arka Circle. You will be asked to show up fully. You’ll be witnessed. You’ll listen deeply. You’ll practice telling the truth. And you’ll walk out clearer, more connected, and more grounded.
This is not a lecture or a performance. This is about showing up.
