Irish Dancing Night🍀
Details
Let's do another Irish dancing night! Last time was so much fun. CĂ©ilĂs are Irish group dances set to traditional Irish music. No experience necessary since there is a beginner's tutorial session. And no need to bring a partner, since we will get paired up there.
The event is $20 at the door.
Beginners' tutorial is from 6:30pm - 7:00pm and dancing runs from 7:00pm - 10:00pm, though you don't have to stay the whole time.
A cĂ©ilĂ, pronounced KAY-lee, "is basically an Irish dance party. These are community dances that are designed to be simple enough for everyone to learn and dance together. (It’s really nothing like Riverdance or Irish dancing competitions, if you’re familiar with those.) There are no complicated steps to learn. Just a few simple repeated movements that anyone can do."
