Get outside and start your morning practicing yoga! Join us for this introductory class covering basic stretches and postures, led by certified instructor Lynn Minuskin. All skill levels welcome.

Bring your own mat, blanket or towel.

In the case of inclement weather, this class will be canceled.

Before starting any new exercise program, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
