Arlington True Crime Book & Podcast Discussion Club 30/40's

Welcome true crime lovers! We are a book and podcast club that meets twice per month to discuss and speculate on true crime stories while sipping on coffee, tea, and/or wine. The group and discussions are intended to be fun and in good nature and not to be taken too seriously. I (Jessica) decided to start this group because I love reading and listening to true crime podcasts so voila, a true crime club! My goal for this group is to meet people that have similar interests and enjoy engaging conversations on a specific book.
The group meets on the first Tuesday of the month to discuss a per-described book and on the third Thursday to discuss true crime podcasts. We try to chose the books and podcasts based on online reviews, availability of discussion questions, and how easy it is to purchase, rent, or subscribe to. The group meetings will be limited to 10 people, too many participants takes away from the discussion. Unless otherwise stated in the event announcement, each month the book club will meet at Busboy and Poets in the Village at Shirlington and we are still working out the details of the newly added podcast sessions, so stay tuned.
