Ready to level up your arm wrestling or get fit?

Join Coach Clayton Faulconer every Saturday at 1:00 PM for a focused training session covering arm wrestling & fundamentals - safe technique, hand & wrist control, setups, motions, and or physical conditioning (cardiovascular, improve heart-strength, strong, tone, and lean).
Whether you’re brand-new, already training, or competing, you’ll get coaching, mentoring, structured drills, and controlled training within your skill level to be the best you can be.
What to expect: Warm-up and specific take-home drills to achieve your goals. We emphasize injury prevention and good form so you can progress fast, get fit, and stay healthy.
> Who it’s for: absolute beginners to advanced people.
> What to bring: water bottle, small towel, and snack.
> Waiver: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to sign a quick waiver if it’s your first session.
> Cost: $20 — cash or e-transfer accepted.
